DataRetriever

This module provides methods to retrieve the required components of an election from an election server.

In particular:

• retrieve_election_data

• retrieve_voters_data

• retrieve_ballots_data

• retrieve_results_data

• retrieve_trustees_data

• retrieve_audited_ballot_data

Currently this works only for elections hosted on the helios server as the URL is currently hardcoded
